Our shop is a 1-minute walk from JR Shin-Yamaguchi Station (Shinkansen exit). We offer authentic nigiri sushi, clam soup, tempura, and other dishes made with fresh, seasonal seafood selected by a fishmonger and local white rice. We also have a carefully curated selection of sake to enhance the flavors of our sushi. On weekdays, we offer value lunch sets and bento boxes. For family celebrations or gatherings, please take advantage of take-out at Fishmonger's sushi-go-round Takakura, sure to please everyone.

We primarily offer homemade dishes without using ready-made products. 'Harusaa' means 'farmer' in Okinawan dialect, and our specialty is serving delicious vegetables. Wouldn't you like to enjoy professional cuisine with an Okinawan taste?

This specialty Japanese fried chicken "Karaage" shop, which opened in 2021, uses chicken that has been marinated for 72 hours. The Karaage features a juicy interior and a crispy coating, offering a delightful texture. One notable characteristic is that it is made without garlic or ginger, making it easy for small children to enjoy. In addition to Karaage available for takeout, the shop also offers Bento lunch boxes with options such as Chicken Nanban and Yurinchi (fried chicken with a tangy sauce).

In October 2024, we reinvented our concept and reopened at the corner of the Yoneya-cho shopping district. The first floor features a chicly designed caf? space, equipped with power outlets at every seat. The second floor showcases a concept inspired by "a camper's haven." Guests can enjoy a carefully curated menu, including homemade syrup lemonade, hot sandwiches, and the immensely popular Salt? Cheesecake. Starting in March, a large screen vision (Bills VISION) is being broadcasted on the glass surface facing the intersection! Feel free to stop by anytime.

Choshu Izakaya Tomo is a Japanese-style pub located in Yuda Onsen. Our warm and cozy interior is designed to resemble the earthen floors of a traditional Japanese house, offering a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy fresh, locally sourced ingredients and drinks at your leisure.
